The "French Butchery" is the first traditional butchery, founded in December 2010, in Koh Samui (Thailand).
The director manager Mr Yann Rovere, a resident on the island of Samui since May 2006 has decided to respond to the demand for many of us by creating an institution based on the French specialties such as :
- Traditional butchery
- Crafts delicatessen
- Bakery
- Pastry
- Cheese, French import
- Catering with buffets and cocktail parties on reservation
- Take-away
Our cold room (refrigerated container) is equipped with an emergency generator to compensate for any possible power outages and allows to maintain the cold chain and the quality of our products. We use professional machines with new ones.
We developed a rapid pace. 5 stars resorts, restaurants enjoying a great reputation and new customers every day, show our professionalism and seriousness.
Mr Yann Rovere was born in Riberac (capital of foie gras) in the Perigord region about thirty miles from Périgueux. Born into a family of butchers from four generations of the paternal side, his grandparents mother's side had a company of foie gras.
Mr YannRovere has grown among the flavors and as epicurean, likes to convey through its establishment and its products, the values of our culinary heritage.
We are working on the old and looking for the human side. We are not just retailers butthe craftsmen at your service to meet demand and the needs of individuals and professionals.
